Looking for cheap VPS with ~100GB of SSD/NVME
As the title suggests, I’ll need a small server with relatively bigger SSD. Other specs don’t matter, a minimal box will do. I prefer Europe location but fine with any other.
I’ll need to host stuff with higher requirements on random r/w, so unfortunately HDD won’t work. I have also tried Oracle Cloud free tier, but they are declining my credit card all the time.
I’m looking for something around $20 annually, but this budget limit is not hard. I can adjust based on the offer. Do I have any good choices?

100GB NVMe with $20 per year budget, I think is issue with budget unless someone be able to provide IPv6 VM only. Are you aware that IPv4 + support cost money?
Your budget will get you a quarter of the space.
If your needing higher I/O R/W then I would say look for something with NVME.
Would you be opposed to going across the pond to Texas?

The SSD drives is still almost the same price as NVMe, to OP recommended to try eBay - everything is possible as some people like to trade at loss at $1 per month (never mind admin cost)
