I've sent 2 tickets for two days, but no one has replied yet.

Your reinstall system break down since it shows 'Server is performing task' all th time, I can do nothing until you fix it.

I saw @Chandler visit LET everyday but no one take care of the ticket.

    Sorry, our work PCs are never turned off, which results in moments that will show online.

    Due to an issue with the hostbill PVE plugin, it causes users to have a chance of freezing their VPS when reinstalling their VPS system.
    Please do not reinstall your system multiple times in a very short period of time.
    We will contact hostbill and try to resolve this issue :)
