It is resolved now.
IPv6 ping and BGP route lookup are not working in the looking glass.
I believe IPv6 is disabled on the agent VM, I'll have a look
Change the location to Frankfurt in the top right corner - UK doesn't support V6 at the moment.
As for the BGP lookup, it is supposed to be disabled but was re-enabled after the looking glass was updated.
What do you charge for BGP sessions and is there any ETA on it?
We charge for BGP sessions because we don't have the resources to configure and possibly troubleshoot a session for a client using a £2/month VPS.
