- 200GB HDD *（IO can't be too bad）
- 2~5TB Bandwidth @ 1Gbps（100Mbps ok also）
- 1 IPv4 (IPv6 on)

I use it to build websites
if stable, can continue to pay!
Hard disk must be more than 200G (HDD is OK) because I have more than 100G of data. I/O can't be too bad

I would say oracle cloud but even with an artificial load script there is always the chance you wake up and your entire server is gone. Idk that storage is a lot and the bandwidth is a little much too.
You need triple ur budget for all those requirement
