    Yes so, to explain it to you, problem sometimes is with that. You may know EU VAT law. The VAT is always paid to the country where the end-customer is at. And if its some outside EU there is no VAT.

    So some people trying to get away with using fake details 3trd country (outside EU) and using VPN. So we need to check accounts if thats really the fact if the IP from the order not match adress (or some other flags).

    I wish we wouldnt have to do that as well... but thats not my choice. :smile:

    Oh. Now i understand. Thanks. We (Bangladeshi) have to pay 15% vat for most of online transaction via credit card. suppose, If we Pay for facebook ads, we have to pay 32.5% total. Because facebook charge 15% vat for 1 dollar. then bank charge 15% vat (1.15+15%) so total 32.5%. However Govt said it is only for streaming related sites but last time i was charged for domain purchase from sav also. So i fear to pay via credit card now a days.

    I don't see any changes to my cpu, ram, space, bandwidth compared to what I ordered. So I assume i wasn't assigned a random gift yet as it took a while provisioning and setting up my service.

    Please assign something if it wasn't already, I could just be blind and have missed it, let me know.

    I see sometimes Virtualizor is bugged. However, i have re-done the edit settings button for this VPS. DO NOT forget to Power Off VPS and start it again to see it. > @wii747 said:
