Does anyone resell 23M?

We need two virtual machines with an upplink from 23M (including Vodafone and Deutsche Telekom) on which we can use a /24 subnet. We bring the IPs ourselves.
Specs:
VPS 1 on 185.x.y.z.1 or 185.x.y.z.2:
- 2 vCores
- 2 GB RAM
- Debian 11
- 5 GB disc space
- shared gigabit uplink
- traffic: fair use
VPS 2 on 185.x.y.z.2-254 or 185.x.y.z.3-254:
- 4 vCores
- 8 GB RAM
- CentOS 7, 64 bit
- 30 GB disc space
- shared gigabit uplink
- traffic: fair use
Payment in BTC.
If anyone can offer this, I would appreciate a PM.

@PHP_Friends they offer BGP also. And are using DTAG and offer Cryptocurrency
Edit: Not 23M reseller, but has DTAG
GreenCloud does.

Same goes for @sthosting
Their upstream has Direct Link to DTAG If ITS about that
CrownCloud (@Speedbus) uses 23M, too. I don't know if they offer BYOIP.
Thank you.
What about peering with Vodafone Germany (AS3209 / "aorta.net")?
M23 has peering with them.
https://bgp.he.net/AS47447 (peering with Voda)
https://greencloudvps.com/data-centers.php (check their test IP for germany)
Looks Greencloud Test IP in Germany points at 23M so I think they're a reseller. Greencloud VPS is the best for you
Thank you for the mention but we do not support BYOIP now.
https://www.mvps.net and https://www.vpsserver.com
both use 23m for frankfurt/de both allow btc payment. you could ask em
GreenCloud does not use the 23M uplink, but rather that of SYNLINQ.
Why do you need specially this ip subnet and these peering ?
Because a lot of VPN users are either customers of Vodafone Germany or of Deutsche Telekom.
@NDTN Can you please clarify this? From my tests seems you are using 23M uplink on your DE Datacenter.
We are using 23M uplink.
Vodafone is not a problem in Germany, they peer reliably at DE-CIX, just like most other providers in Germany. Only Telekom is an exception and charges several thousand euros per month for paid peering.
there used to be a "dtag cheat" by joining hopus.net or getting transit from seabone/sparkle (cheaper)
Hi,
many offer DTAG traffic at "better" prices, we've been through it all and in the end it wasn't all that great. DTAG is the only carrier we currently have that has never had a malfunction (only a wrong maintenance notification), even if the price is of course significantly above average. With a little vitamin B, however, we also got a good price for DTAG.
