Best VPN setup for port forwarding

I have tried PIA and AIRVPN and i am also open to VPS as VPN options.
But now i want a VPN that lets me do port forwarding for cheap

    • location preferences?
    • What's your budget?
    • How much monthly bandwidth do you need?
    • How many ports do you need?
    • Last question: do you need specific ports?

    The cheapest vps i know is from IONOS.de

    you can get one for 1euro/month
    with unlimited bandwith 1gibts

    A false unlimited/unmetered bandwidth. Ionos will throttle your port after a few TBs. Well of course, its 1 euro

    Location: EU preferably Amsterdam
    budget 2.5 GBP
    minimum 10 TB
    Minimum 5 ports
    Option to open specific ports is a bonus

    Any cheap VPS, use Wireguard and IPTable rules to port forward :) also I do not have the same issue with Ionos personally I use over 10TB+ monthly and never get throttled but I used use their cloud not the cheap VPS
