    Hi @galfond -- I can confirm this was completed. Your package default bandwidth allocation is 2 TB, and your VPS currently has a 4 TB allotment. You should be able to verify that your VPS has a 4 TB allotment by logging into the SolusVM Control Panel. Please let me know if you have any other questions :)

    Haha, you must have made a mistake. The default bandwidth of the VPS I purchased is 5TB, and my IP is 173.82.174.219. Please confirm again, take a look at the screenshot:https://s1.locimg.com/2023/08/27/9c4bd951fd585.jpg

    Hi @galfond -- it appears the invoice ID you originally mentioned was pertaining to another VPS service of yours. As you mentioned your VPS IP, I was able to look this one up that way instead and have now doubled your bandwidth resources on this VPS.
