I am looking for web hosting in Japan
Requirements.
1. Have at least 300M of space
2.Have a database
3. can access external api via http/https (or can set up a whitelist for specific addresses)
4. can connect to other smtp servers (or can whitelist specific addresses)
5. 1domain & 1sub domain
optional requirements.
cpanel and temporary open ssh and 1 cron (mainly used to issue ssl certificates from google trust services using acme.sh)
If you have a location closer to Japan such as Singapore/Hong Kong/Taiwan, you can send me a looking glass for testing.
I need to connect to the api from Japan with the lowest possible latency.
I'm currently using buyshared, but the latency from US to Japan is too high.
I don't have a big budget because this project started when I bought a domain name from let and left it for a few months until the domain name was about to expire and I remembered that I still had a domain name that I wasn't using, so I decided to make this project and use this domain name.

I'm thinking about this, currently oracle is only used as my development environment.
As long as you are payg, have backup pushing somewhere else , it good to go as production server.

I have purchased it, but it's web hosting is not able to connect to any remote server
