    This is how you deceive customers. I have three servers, and I applied for a refund for two machines. After 4 days, no one processed it. Now my account is directly closed, and only one server is refunded. You guys Is this cheating consumers? Where are your services? Please be sure to refund my other two purchase orders!@VPSSLIM

    Before posting you could have awaited your ticket which you posted midnight. We did not deceive you. It turn out you used fraud records (details that have been used in the past for fraud orders) so our fraud detection system automatically terminated your service. We are looking into this and will report back via your ticket.

    @VPSSLIM Hello, thank you for your reply first! I filed a work order in the system for the fraudulent order, and your company’s background operation allows it. You released three orders, and the order processing is pending payment. I bought a server because I only needed one, but the remaining The two orders will be automatically deducted the next day! I applied for two servers for a refund, but I didn't get a response for about 4 days, so I chose to stop the additional two machines in the background operation to keep the needed machine, but your platform directly closed my account! At the same time, I only received a refund notification from 1 server, which is hard to understand? Also please help confirm this as soon as possible!@VPSSLIM

    Im trying to SSH on. I have set my key on the panel and assigned it to my VPS. Gave it a restart and can see logs confirm it's done.
    But when I SSH on, it asks for a password. I tried my account pass and a different one in the Settings -> Change Password

    Still getting bounced :(

    Apologies, im trying to learn how to manage this stuff myself :)

    Are you sure your SSH client is using the key from your side? It sounds like the key isn't being attempted and so its falling back on using a password.
