    What's the good price you are referring to? Because I only got offered OneProvider and Hetzner dedis with retail prices or even more expensive, which is insulting considering they were supposed to be "significantly discounted" lol.

    Asked the same question to support and the response was “Feel free to request a refund. We've shared our available options.”

    Shouldn’t have done that especially when the support is pretty responsive considering all the issues. The moment you raise a dispute, most providers will kick you out and from then on it will be between you and PayPal. What’s done is done and now all you can do is to wait for PayPal’s mercy.

    I never open ticket to them before so no experience about their support

    I thought after i received news about they will discontinue the service, they will bankrupt so no more business that is why i dont send any messages
