I want to use Express VPN in my Power VPS.

Hey guys! I hope you are doing well.
I am using Power VPS, OS is Windows 10.
And I installed Express VPN successfully in my VPS, and it is connected well.
But after connect Express VPN, network is dead.
I can't use Internet, and if I disconnect Express VPN, network is alive.
I am not sure why this happened.
I am very thankful if you give me some tips to fix this issue.

Yes, I allow.
Try split tunneling or turn off firewall if the express vpn client allows it
