It's on the user, ALWAYS, to cancel PayPal auto payments.
Even with reputed providers they suggest the same. Cancellarion of service does not mean cancellation of the PayPal payment.
Next time, don't setup auto payments or cancel auto payments

Did you try to request a refund before disputing? Disputes should always be a last resort.
Why would you dispute ? Support is still very responsive and they are providing refunds to whoever prefers that option.
on my side , seedbox still alive , they told will refund and it took 30days
When you dispute you cost them some fixed fees like 7$ and some other issues, so yeah better to contact support and ask for refund before disputing.

seems like after i raised the dispute,
in fact i have paid the service till next month before due date but still get terminated so i raised disputed for renewal payment since the service cannot be used

Shouldn’t have done that especially when the support is pretty responsive considering all the issues. The moment you raise a dispute, most providers will kick you out and from then on it will be between you and PayPal. What’s done is done and now all you can do is to wait for PayPal’s mercy.
if you went to support instead of dispute, you would get an interesting bonus that I still use
