So they are reselling OVH right ? If a drive fails and crashes the server on Friday we gotta wait till Monday, is that usually the norm?

You mean when a drive or some other part fails, answer to your question is yes, there's always a chance of downtime regardless of who the provider is.
If you have any real, meaningful service running there you of course have backup server on another provider so these small things don't hurt your business.
Most people run seedboxes so risk of HnR warnings for private torrents are always there irrespective of data loss. Anyway lesson learnt. At least in this case we got some very generous compensation for the downtimes so it’s alright. I just hope there won’t be too many of these in the future.

I’m wondering the same thing. It was a month ago on the 7th that they ran the promo and this is the second time the server is down. Hope they don’t just run after 1 month of all the sale money they made. And not renew their server.

I Was not talking about getting scammed I just paid my next invoice if I lose 60 Dollars then thats on me, I personally was talking about I enjoyed the service they provided I hope they didn't just not renew their server and I have to find another provider. Maybe I should have been clearer on that.
