On your use case its better on PulseMedia. ReliableSite are a US company. More strict on DMCA

I would not bet on them delivering this (but rather kicking you out for sustained high usage or capping your bandwidth). But you might get a 4c/8t cpu instead of the advertised 4c/4t, that's just a lottery where you need some luck.

No I rather say that no provider will deliver 330TB per month for $30.
So it really depends on the bandwidth you need, e.g. Hetzners server with 1gps unmetered might start blocking you if you use more than 100TB a month - but that is still a lot for these prices here:
