In all honesty I trusted him. Others in the thread said they were refunded, so I waited patiently. I just had too much faith that he'd do the right thing. Hell, I didn't even report it to LET. Just assumed he was locked up, OD'd or would do the right thing when he eventually reemerged.

July, nothing delivered.
He hadn't visited LET under his William account until now.

His Kosovo hosting is likely a honeypot. His own website is hosted with @Worldstream_Frank and behind Cloudflare. If even half of his statements were factual than you'd see websites like Kiwifarms hosted there. Changing the GeoIP data of a subnet doesn't equal it actually being there.

You can report it by flagging the post it originated from. It usually results in a mod intervention and a warning for the first time it is done. After that, it's up to the Admins, but provider tags can be removed, and for scams that are obvious, they will be removed.
He never said you shouldn't post it, he was just saying its a dumb thing to do. He just disagrees with you posting it but he doesn't want it removed or anything.
