i need a vps just for IRC (ircd, eggdrop or znc) allowed.
ram 2GB
budget ~ 30$/year (recurring).
any suggestions?

    2 GB of RAM for 30 USD annually is not doable for us, and IRC attracts a lot of DDoS attacks.
    If 1GB of RAM is okay for you, then we can do it for 28GB annually.

    2GB RAM for $2.50/m in APAC w/ IRC allowed is probably gonna be hard to find. Double your budget to $5/m.
