Looking for a dedicated server with these specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5950X/7700(X) or any other. Intel E-2388G or similar. It can be discussed. Old E5 or stuff like that is not interested.
RAM: 32 GB would be enough, but if you quote more - no issues
Disks: 2 x 3.84 TB NVMe (or something similar)
Network: 10 Gbit/s (100-300 TB of bandwidth)
Location: EU (Preferably NL, DE, UK, FR, PL, NW, FI)
Budget: Up to 300 EUR/m
Delivery: As fast as possible (preferably within 24 hours after placing an order) (if possible, if not please still drop an offer)
Only monthly payments.
Please, I do not consider OVH/Hetzner as an option, need something different.

Thank you. I forgot to mentioned that would like to get it really soon, was in contact with Clouvider, and they confirmed that delivery can be only by Monday.
We have many Ryzen dedis:

but the EU ones are from Hetzner. So, only US available. Would it be fine for you or not?

I would look at Avoro/@PHP_Friends, they have 7700x dedicated servers and 10gbit but only up to 2x2TB NVMe. Their website says setup is 7 days.
Servacus is pretty popularly used by other hosting providers
They have dedis with 5950x and 10gbit unmetered but only 2x 1TB NVMe. Setup is up to 7 days.
3.84 TB+ is not a problem, we already had contact with the prosecutor, however he needs the server faster
