You clearly don't know what a VPS really is. You're sharing most resources with other clients on the same node.
He literally gave you the option to moderate your usage and keep ongoing with the VPS, but you are literally just asking for a refund right away.
Go buy a VDS or a Dedicated for your use case. If other providers don't stop your abuse, that doesn't mean others shouldn't do it.
Maybe you should read he terminated my 50eur VPS in 3days, and I only compiled my project and rsynced 25G which he call IO abuse, I have same service on 2 core hetzner, virmach, naranjatech, even tested one VPS from turk blhost (that server cost 2.6$ monthly and its lower spech server!!) with zero issue!
you here defending frudster as you can see there are dozen ppl here that get terminated VPS with bogus reason, and no I got most expensive option 4 vcore, 4GB and I needed very light load, if you think compiling a project is no no then I have no idea for what you even use VPS?!
Or syncing a DB (ONE TIME) to VPS yeah 25GB, even more sync time was not at full speed i have not checked as it was synced from cheap webtropia VPS where it works for past 5 months, and this VPS was just to be used as backup
But I guess you do not care for mine time, as I needed 4h to setup all and compile and just have service terminated when I done all work, after compile and DB sync load on system was meaningless and even then the fraudster terminated my VPS
And no I never had service terminated and I have lot of them I had few auto abuse reports from virmach in past and thats all, I keep track what I do, and i know if I am overloading the server
And YES i have few dedicated server for service that need it!!!, I do not need dedi for light load backup server, I am managing atm some 70 VPS + dedis and I am not some newbie to not know when I abuse service and sure if I do I would not moan here

Confirm me this. You take 4h to setup a server. You had a server for 3 days. You told Ralph that your rsync or something took only 10 minutes.
It's impossible for you to get terminated for 10 minutes 300% CPU and heavy IO.
I'm defending them because your version seems different on each message. And I had 0 issues with them. Used them for months now. I actually bought a server on this promo, got the extra resources and more than happy.
rsync took 10-15min ( I am not expert what IO abuse is but THIS IS NOT as its 1.5GB per minute top or less as it could be even 20min), I compiled and setup for few hours, started project dry run which use only under half core almost zero IO and 2GB of ram, and in morning server was terminated
bandwitdth use can show it it was under 30GB
I already said that project now run on hetzner Cx21 for months, and on turkish VPS with even lower spech, also I have time4vps server which is 44$ that run not backup but full project plus few more service for I think 4 months
But I had no time to setup hetrix monitoring as I never expected this shit

Ordered VPS yesterday. Got it right away. However there is a a problem with the network. Cannot ping Google from within VLC and cannot SSH into the VPS. I have changed nameservers to both Google and Cloudflare but does not help. Tried multiple OSes but problem persists.
Posted ticked this morning at 09:00 but haven't gotten a response yet.
Anyone knows what is going on, or have a solution?

You are not syncing for 10 minutes. Your VM load was consistent on a 24 hour period. So you are not telling the truth here. Anyhow, we don't want to get in a a long discussion for the amount you paid for the VPS. It has been refunded.
