Suggest Some RU VPS Providers

Can anyone suggest me a Cheap and good VPS provider from Russia ?.

Budget of 10$/yr ( or share your best quote ).

Require using as Wireguard.

BW is of no Issue.

Good Routing to Indian ISP would be Preferrable (not compulsory)

    Be realistic, it's very difficult to get a Russian VPS for that budget which has good connectivity to Asia.

    Alright, based on a brief testing, I think https://time-host.net is the best bet for you. They're one of the cheapest and they seem to have very nice connectivity to India.

    Ping to Airtel seems to be -+10ms https://prnt.sc/-eh3eBf7SfMg but I found a Looking Glass from India that was way better.

    Uptime from last 90 days is 100% based on UptimeRobot.

    I don't think they're on LEB/LET, but cmon, they're already cheap. It may be within your 10$/y budget depending on RUB conversion and stuff.

    You can pick up from first page - poiskvps.ru. With current exchange $1=90Rub you may get luck.

    If increase budget can get 6 locations from Edge Center (ex. G-Core Labs)
