    I usually just lurk here after a decade or so, and use random VMs as looking glasses & to monitor stuff, but I gotta call BS on this 1 Gig theory after getting one last week (or this week?)

    Probably has the best network of any VM I have, and was like $15/year.

    I just bought a VPS with Order Number: 7280101722

    I would like to receive a gift, however the VPS is inaccessible, I was able to run yabs for a few minutes, but somehow I am not even able to ping it or login via SSH.

    The VNC was not working until I reinstalled it to have Ubuntu 22. However, it is still inaccessible from the outside.

    my ticket Ticket #445849 has not been answered since like 3 hours ago.

    I read from earlier posts, people experienced this issue, any one also facing this issue currently?

    We do care a lot, including giving freebies. But we have a high influx on orders. So reply on your ticket can take longer than expected. You will be helped as soon as possible. We also added extra nodes due to the high influx of orders.
