Looking for less than 2 dollar server.
Hi, I am looking for less than 2 dollar server specifically in Mumbai for low latency. The server will be used to host just 1 application for chat, video conference and calls.
Specifications:
1 cpu,
1 GB ram,
20 GB storage and
2 TB Bandwidth.

2 TB Bandwidth. Not Storage. I am okay if it's 1.5 TB and Top ups available where I can purchase more.
Even so, I assume you want nat or ipv6. You won't get ipv4 for $1
Are you familiar with the expenses associated with bandwidth in Asia? I doubt you'll obtain it unless you raise the budget to a minimum of $5 per month. Btw, good luck!

You should look at OVH, Vultr, Linode!
OVH has one for $4.2. 1 CPU, 2 GB RAM, 20 GB Storage, 100mbps unmetered. I am okay with this. 100mbps sounds more than enough for calls, conference and chat.

EDIT: It's not available in Mumbai
With $5/month, you can get a decent 1GB RAM VPS in Mumbai from Linode. Not sure which provider can give 2TB bandwidth at that price point. But Linode counts only outgoing bandwidth.

4TB transfer
IPv6 only.
Its even cheaper with with the 3year plan but I would advise to not buy such a long term plan. Also, they have monthly payments for the same plan but thats $14/month

You can get yearly plans with $1 per month - there are lots of hosts that offer shared hosting as well as cheap VPSs.
try oracle cloud payg, 10 tb bw, but only 0.25 core.
if your app supports arm64, then 4c/24g/200g disk/10tb bw
for $1 a month I am happy to propose to you a residential IP.
