Looking for storage server about $30/Month
I am searching for a home for my GitLab and Emby, here are the requirements:
- at least 4 cores, 2 cores make GitLab always Gateway Timeout
- at least 4 GB RAM
- Hopefully 8 TB HDD storage...
- 1Gbps port is acceptable, I don't care ping to China as I use CDN
- I use qbittorrent, but follow DMCA
- I use wireguard to build networks between about 10 servers
Wondering if there is such a server offer... If it's too unreasonable, please simply ignore it. 
I can pay for it for every 1 or 3 months. Actually, for the most of the time, the server will idle like the rest of my servers...
