    Just to confirm also that the VPS on my order (quoted below) cannot also be accessed. SSH doesn't respond, ping timeout and reinstall/start/stop doesn't seem to resolve the problem.

    Thank you, yeah, both errors have gone. I have closed those tickets. Apparently, the orders are now visible and marked as fraud. During order, I entered payment details which was debited from my card but is not reflecting against my account. The payment process ended up with a gateway timeout error. Hope its nothing serious and will be resolved.
