We do already immediately offer shared/reseller hosting services, as well as bare metal in Singapore.

Had an annoying support ticket a week ago and it got resolved quickly (<24h), not like my other provider... (VPS down for >1week)
@dustinc I have a strange question, why does racknerd provide relatively few hard disks such as 14G in the low-configuration plan (14G seems to be unable to do much) (compared with other providers) few service providers will provide less than 20GB hard disk in the 1G memory plan, Most service providers choose 20-25G, and there are also 40G
