@earl no, every service whats gives you TB for storage for free goes mostly down in weeks or months... or they limit everything.
Ah ok.. I thought you were bidding for a domain! lol..
It is telling you to enter your phone number(to link your account with your phone number, sth that Facebook and Google does as well, so that even if you forgot your password and secret answer, you can still retrieve back your account)
@wcypierre
Thanks, I'm sure that will help out quite a bit!
No probs. I had one as well, still, I'm not using it due to the lack of integration for linux(it catered the major desktop and phone OS but not linux, wth)
Just tried the baidu, but Indonesia is not listed, so I can't proceed any further. Now I only can use the storage from Tencent. Just have to learn some chineese language now
where are you stucked at? I could help a bit or two though
Thanks for the offer, but thanks, I'm not like to cheating
Since my country is not listed, then I will let it like that.
@ErawanArifNugroho
I actually used RDP with a US IP to sign up to baidu, they never asked for the country or anything.. When I used my Canadian IP they asked for SMS verification..
My control panel from Tencent is in english.. is yours in Chinese?
I think it's a new startup co, so not sure how safe your data is.. but they offer a client for linux and I believe there is a promo for 1TB free..
https://www.yunio.com/download
but I would just use the web gui with Baidu, Tencent,360 for download/upload it works fine..
unfortunately, it doesn't meet my needs. In fact, none of it meet my needs, which is to recover the file of a previous version. It may be good for media and things that don't change much, but I'm mainly using it for coding so there's a lot of changes and I may need to revert back(you may say that there's git/svn for that, but sometimes, you may have save for quite a few times before you even commit)
long time ago I used TortoiseSVN, was quite slow.. and somewhat frustrating.
If I go to the web panel, it's English. But the backup applications for Windows, it's chineese. I can only try to click the function one by one to know the meaning
