Looking for 10TB Storage VPS

I'm looking for 10TB Storage VPS for my 2nd backup server.
I don't care too much for CPU or RAM as long as I can run rclone.
Location is anywhere. But my 1st backup server is located on Los Angeles, so closer is better.
Service must be other than HostHatch because I already have one.
My budget is $120/year or $10/month but I can add more if you need.
