What's your budget ?
More or less, I want a minimal server because only I use it. Any price can be considered, but I guess no more than $50.
If you dont need China traffic, no problem for us.
Can give you unmetered on 100Mbit line.
Hostry may suit you needs, although I didn’t have good experience with them.
They resell Itldc in Singapore location, and Gcore in Hong Kong location.
