Im looking to replace my old vps ( From dediserve & Vultr )
Our current plans are not great perf/$
Im looking for locations in Singapore and USA with good ping/bandwidth to asia.
Requirements -
- 2 CPU ( Newer cpu models from intel/amd )
- 4GB DDR4 RAM or more
- 60GB NVME or more
- 6TB monthly bandwidth or unmetered
- SMTP Port open ( We host websites that send automated emails and forms )
- Backup (optional)
We need a provider that can provide a reasonable support within 24 hours for problems that are not within our control : network or system issues.

@speedypage has you covered. Both USA and SG use Ryzen 9. 7900 for US, and 5950X for SG. The support is superb i would say. You can just create a ticket or Live Chat.
About SMTP Port, i don't know whether they open it or not. You can ask them directly.
SMTP is closed by default, but we're happy to open it on a case by case basis.
