Frankly I'm not sure. I just know OPLink service is good but never really have a use for anything in Houston (same for many people I would think).
Are you 100% single homed on level3?
We are multihomed. We have cogent as a backup if level3 goes down.
How come it’s not showing up in your as number

We use custom routing w/ local preference options. It shows up if level3 drops when the preference changes and routes get announced to cogent.
