greencloudvps -> outage in NY-buffalo DC

greencloudvps -> some massive issues tonight.

my site is down, ssh is inaccessible . billing and control panel inaccessible.

    @DP could be NY dc only?

    I go to: https://greencloudvps.com/billing/clientarea.php -> and I get cloudflare timeouts: "A timeout occurred Error code 524"

    Trying to submit a ticket -> get cloudflare timeout.

    https://cp.greencloudvps.com/control.php -> shows vps as offline.

    Attempting to reboot from control panel fails: "An error occurred processing your request. The host is currently unavailable. Please try again later"

    definitely some issue on their side. cannot even submit a ticket.

    @DP - yeah but try logging into the contol panel and see if it lets you submit a ticket? for my it just hangs.

    @DP - oh ok, I think I somehow managed to place a support ticket after massive timeout.
    hopefully they can fix .

    Issue began since about 21:50 EDT, Datacenter is NY-buffalo
    Thanks god for uptime kuma sending alerts.

    We have checked and it seems the Server node is being DDoS, we are working to solve this problem

    Maybe they do not post single host issues and just overall datacenter uptime.

    yeah - the issue got resolved shortly after I reported it. was down for about 1h 10 min.
    it's back to normal now.

    It seems that there is a power issue on the Server node and we are working with the datacenter to resolve it
    We will provide you with an update as soon as possible.

    ^ they just got back to me with this and looks like site is back up.
    but 2hr downtime today after 1hr downtime last week - is annoying.

    Ok. RN is also back online at the same time and from status page

    Curious what service do you have and how much do you pay for it?
    Apart from the 2 downtime did you encounter any more?
