Hi,
Does anyone have a way to contact them? no one is responding to emails/tickets.
And their public-facing website, support system, looking glass, and customer servers have been unreachable for almost five hours now.

I just reached their main website and looking glass just fine.... you sure it's not just you? Their looking glass IP is spikingly wildly 100-300ms differences, but no dropouts. I don't have an account with them so I can't speak to the support/customer service, but the other stuff you had mentioned seems to be working for me.
I can also reach them just fine.
Yes, they are back online now.
All my servers are down.
Virtualizor panel is also down.
Still no response to emails/tickets.
