    well, better change IP

I send >3m per day. From exp, better change.
Sometimes it is because bad person used IP previously or they blocked the dc/asn. For me wastage of time if you can change IP (maybe can change by ticket, sometimes I even ask to provide 5-6 for tests).

Don't threaten them with a good time.

  • After a bit of back and forth, Microsoft has "implemented mitigation" and my emails went through without issue last night. Thanks @jar and everybody else who chimed in on this.

  • I got this done for a second IP as well. In that case, they needed the ISP to contact them and state that control over the IP address had been handed to me. Subsequent to this, Microsoft didn't respond for over 24 hours. I followed up with them after this, and about 12 hours later they said they were implementing mitigation.
