There is no quick way to resolve it. I've had this happen rarely, only solution is to contact their support and wait 2-10 days for them to fix. Standard issue with their automation.
And if that IP is important/critical to your website you're outta luck?
Well one of them finally came through. Other one is still stuck.
Maybe its currently overloaded again.
When SBG burned down, the system was basically unavailable.
It doesn't seem to scale at all.
