    Racknerd can change the ip by itself, which is a very remarkable and practical function! Of course, their customer service replies very quickly, and the IP can be changed within a few minutes without any loss of data. <3

    We hope that the dc2 can be restocked. It appears to have been out of stock for a long time.

    It will be 51 Labor Day in a few days, maybe we can use the flash sale to test whether the keyboard F5 works.lol B)

    Hi @suut -- good eye! We did a soft launch of this new feature for 24 hours to gather some feedback, and overall, we're quite impressed for a first release. At the moment, we're working on finetuning it based on feedback we received.

    At the moment I am writing this, it's temporarily unavailable while we work on these improvements, but we'll update the top of our blog post once it is available again. I anticipate that it will be available for use again by the end of next week, if not sooner.

    As for Los Angeles DC-02, we're actively working on restocking our west coast locations including that and Seattle. I should have more news to share on that closer to the middle or end of May. In the meantime, our San Jose location is actively in stock at the time I am writing this which provides similar latency and is also based out of the west coast :)

    To update, the IP change feature is now officially available for use (for all VPS customers): https://blog.racknerd.com/changing-your-vps-primary-ipv4-address-with-racknerd/

    We also replenished inventory in New York earlier today -- more locations to be restocked very soon as well :)
