    its due to alfa Banking API $ to PKR conversation i reported them 30 times but still its not resolved

    Curiously, anyone might know what this means (is it a Visa term?):

    Your transaction failed due to DO_NOT_PROCEED. Please resolve the issue and try making payment again.

    Reckon a number of banks US Banks might decline the BankAlfalah gateway.

    Ah, that would do it. I did ultimately use Cardinity. The archaic US Banking system at play.
