    +1 for ArubaCloud
I have a VPS from them since 2016 without any major problem.
Probably they not the cheapest at the moment, but the VM is rock solid for me with great uptime.

Agreed that their product is reliable. I also was a customer since their €1/mth, paid normal price after promo stopped.

But how they treat old customer was bad, they even didn't listen to my explanation, not replying and leave my VM suspended.

Still have some credit balance there.

Probably you cannot get low ping because Italy far away from China.

Ah, not a long time ago registered. I see
In short: they won multiple years in row provider #1 over LET.
And to be honest they has the best performance and support that i've ever seen in the market in that days.

Quality of hardware & uptime & stability - also was above top level. I.e. stable as i dunno what. Few of my VPS with prometeus for 2-3 years non stop worked without ANY issue at all, even a small lag or problem (hobby game projects)).

Ramnode also was great, but between ramnode & prometeus i've always choose prometeus, because they're superB provider.

Toscana translated to something like - bored or yearning in Russian language. Milan like nice or cute.
Venice = Veneds that mean Russians. Nordic ages calling Russians - Veneds. In Finnish language Russia = Venaja. Country of Veneds.

Venezia comes from the latin "veni etiam", loosely translated into "i arrived (even) here".
The invasion of Italy by visigots, ostrogots, longobards and many others happened through the north and east, mostly, therefore the local population has been subjected to many hardships and looked for shelter around. The laguna and marshes there provided a terrain where the invaders' horses were pretty much unusable, therefore they moved on towards south avoiding it and so the city has been born. It was a byzantine area for centuries as well.
