How to find out .to domain whois and expiry date?

I have one .do domain I want to catch, if it will ever expiry (should expire next year, I suspect that it won't be renewed), but it seems like all whois are not returning anything. It seems like .to domain checking it unavailable.
How to find out the expiration date? Any suggestions?
