I'm looking for a cheap NAT VPS in the US and the UK. Would pay annually. Also looking for no CPU% limit shutdown (such as <1 load avg etc). I will not be hammering the CPU at 100% for the entire time, but it will between 30-60% under load, depending on the CPU and idling most of the time. Keeping this in mind the following are my requirements:
Above CPU req.
512Mb RAM
4-5gb storage, SSD preferred.
1 port for SSH, don't need a lot of open incoming ports either, a couple of suffice.
100gb per month @ 100mpbs will work for me.
This is the minimum requirement, would like to keep prices as low as possible. Thanks.
Before people start questioning my CPU requirements, I plan on running a chrome instance, and it is not possible for me to use cpulimit to limit it since it spawns multiple children, and limiting them leads to unforeseen consequences.

With so low budget and CPU your instance will be closed for abuse. I don’t think in UK you will be able to find providers as it’s not profitable £3-£5 per year for any service (support and hardware nowadays cost money).
