Ukrtelecom VPS?
Does anyone know of a provider offering VMs hosted with Ukrtelecom? The smallest available will be more than enough.
Or maybe someone currently located in UA willing to host a Globalping probe?

check their downstreams. I don't see any provider using their main ASN.

I tried them 6 or 8 years ago, and it was something like that. Now I'm not sure, because it was a long time ago.
I think no one uses Ukrtelecom for hosting purposes, it is home ISP.
