I wouldn't go as far as saying unreliable. The 3 cPanel servers have an uptime of 99.6%+ in a 90 day period, with SG-100 and US-100 having 99.87%+. We have had some brief blips of downtime, mostly being 1-2 minutes and I think some actual false positives with Better Uptime as well. Most hosts have these issues, but they just hide it. We're very transparent and will continue to be as we grow into the future.
We're working on resolving 1 particular issue which we believe is causing kernel crashes, to do with kswapd. We're hoping that going forward that it has 100% uptime, but these issues can occur and we're not ignoring the situation like many would.
If you need UK and have deep pockets you can check @Clouvider's offering.
If you are fine with DE there is currently a sale at netcup. "Webhosting BunnyEars iv" would fit your needs. It's cheap and powerful + there is nginx reverse proxy that you can tune quite well. But you'd have to pay a one time fee of 15 eur to add 3 more domains (if you need 15 domains, and want to keep all domains registered elsewhere if some site are on subdomain that's not a problem: this plan can handle 12 external domains, if you have some .eu or .de that you can migrate to them you'll have free domains and it won't count in the 12 external domains limit).
