HostSolutions enters bankrupcy proceedings
On March 7th, 2023, a document from Romanian judicial system surfaced, in which it is understood that Bihor Tribunal granted the request of GTS TELECOM SRL to initiate forced insolvency proceedings against NETSILVANIA NETWORK SRL, the company run by Marius Borta @cociu and alleged to be behind the infamous HostSolutions.ro which ceased operations in 2021 (in the form of involucration). GTS is a telecommunications provider, a major creditor of HostSolutions.
The Tribunal appointed Andreea-Liliana Rusanescu as the bankrupcy trustee. The order instructs the liquidator to carry out an inventory of the debtor's assets within 60 days from the date of the opening of proceedings, the debtor company to be dissolved and the debtor's right of administration to be withdrawn.

What's a really really short tl:dr on how he ended up with a shit situation?
I think the moment he added in extra blend to his network, that started his downfall, he was stable before that with revenue from his customers who rent from him dedicated servers, suddenly he found himself out of cash to pay bills, so he attempted to move to save cost but GTT is approaching closely behind the man waiting to pounce, then people started refunding and leaving & things grew out of control. He even tried to sold IP at this point to try to save but people were leaving en masse.
