EasyVM - News & Specials | Dallas, NYC, Tampa, Las Vegas, Singapore

aquaaqua Member, Patron Provider

These specials are while supplies last (probably won't restock some items for a bit), or until April 7th.

  • I picked up a couple of these (Bronze and Silver) this past Thursday but can only really comment on the Silver package at the moment. I've had no hiccups in performance at all, geographic location is great for me and connection is speedy. I've been looking for a reasonably priced Ryzen offering that was centrally located and this checked the boxes nicely. Price seems fair for the quality and having the Path.net DDoS included in an already reasonable price is pretty much the cherry on top. It's only been a short time but so far it's been everything I've needed and I think I'll be keeping this around for awhile.

I had 1 minor "issue" - so minor it's probably even a stretch to call them issues. Slight, momentary inconvenience would likely be a better descriptor.

    1) Ubuntu 22.04 server template wasn't available for the fast-deployment. I opened a ticket hoping I was just missing something (Saw 20.04 as the only option) Within 5 minutes, I received a response offering assistance to mount a 22.04 ISO for me. In between those 5 minutes I realized that some Javascript was being blocked in my browser and my control panel was missing a whole section. That section? You guessed it. Mounts/Boot/ISO...
tl;dr - it was my bad

Once everything was loaded it up the way it was supposed to be loaded up..voila, like buttuh.

So that was my bad..but luckily Luka was awesome and instead of being condescending or short with me, he offered to get that ISO mounted up for me and set up with VNC and on my way instead of giving me some impersonal, canned response linking me to go read something in a KB or something. I always appreciate good customer service and so that was a solid experience for me.

I've only seen a YABS for the silver, so here's one for the Bronze:

Thank you so much for your review. I really appreciate it :)

That GB6 score seems a bit low, might do some tweaking to check what might be causing that.

    Once again thank you.
