Why scaleway?
I mean, there are a lot of hostings here on this forum, so why scaleway?
OneProvider resells a lot of Scaleway dedis, but it's hard to determine exactly which ones.
Scaleway's connectivity to ASIA is the best compare to other providers at this price range.
Every time I get a server from oneprovider, it's always hetzner, leaseweb or ovh...
Usually Paris is almost always Scaleway, meanwhile in AMS there's also a chance of it being SW. I got two today, one in AMS + Paris and both are scaleway.
