Can you move it between projects?
If so, yes.
When we (where I worked at before) sold a part of our company and the infra that came with it (basically one VPS @ Hetz) I moved it to a new project, made the buyers the highest access to it, asked them to remove me (or removed myself, I don’t remember) and boom they owned the VPS.
But it’s not like a shareable link that anyone can access if that’s what you’re after.
