Please suggest some BIG storage server options, 30-60TB (in some kind of RAID).
1Gbps+ (also share 10Gbps if available), preferably in the EU with some reliable provider, as it will be used for storing backups.

Also 10x10TB available for 104euro, but at this point you need to think if you are not risking too much by putting everything into one machine (RAID is not a backup) and if you wont be limited by 1Gbps pipe. I would prefer to get 2 smaller dedis (like 64TB one mentioned above) in different building (or in different region to be extra safe) and don't make any RAID, just duplicate data between two servers.
Even in case of fire in building you will have backup.

SYS doesn't really have any actual storage servers. Besides OP is looking for 1Gbps+, which means higher than 1Gbps bandwidth. I'd say Clouvider is worth a look as they offer 10G upgrade on almost every server.
You could also check with Andy10gbit. He also has a decent range of 2G-10G bandwidth servers, and also servers with just 10G download bandwidth, if you mainly care about fast incoming speed.
