I need a windows vps or rdp in western Europe (preferably in Netherlands)
I am looking for something to have at least 2gb ram, 100gb disk
Ssd prefferd but I'm fine with HDD
100gb+ disk I want
And at least 1gbps network (10gbps prefferd)
Usage??
I need it to connect to my server's IPMI
I may use it for only 1hr maximum in 5 to 6 month and remaining time it may stay in idle state..
So yearly I may use it for only 2/3 hours maximum.
If anyone has good experience with any reputable provider please recommend me..

Budget? I have no specific budget but I prefer between 5 to 10 USD per month
Important: only monthly payments. I will not go with yearly plans as I want cancel anything when I find the provider is incompetent.
BtW, I will use only 2/3 hours per year but want stable provider and I will pay every month even I will not use the server most of the time
Also, the disk I will host iso files of OS only.. no other file

Just create a VM in hetzner cloud when you need it.
We can definitely cover all of that for you! Only thing we fall short of is "provider who is in business at least for more than 5 years". However we're stable and I would like to believe we're slowly building very good reputation here!
