Last i saw is prohoster.info. But idk if they still correctly working with it (i moved from them b'cuz payments trough card & paypal stop working)

WebMoney fell out of favor even in providers from СНГ countries because of reasons. That being said, @pqhosting appears to offer it still.
They accept webmoney but with 25% extra commission i think.
