From the AUP i see that Host TOR exit nodes is prohibited but can I host a TOR Relay? (no exit node, just relay/bridge) Since your unlimited bandwidth at 10Mbps LAX and 5Mbps TYO is fine with me.
Any TOR related service should be banned!
