colocation germany and japan

I have 1 server 1u, 300w power, about 10tb traffic.
i want a colocation server in germany , japan , hongkong , thailan , singapore ,canada , malaysia
it will include 128 ipv4 .
I will accept the price will fall around 200$-300$

    Needing 128 IPs per server it's probably going to be cheaper to BYO IPs long term.
